Troy D. Palmer

Troy Palmer counsels domestic and multinational employers across various industries on the full array of employment-based immigration matters, including areas involving foreign nationals of extraordinary ability, multinational executives and managers, temporary and permanent labor certification, and appellate review with the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals.  

Troy also counsels individual clients on family-based immigration matters. Troy is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

He has been a member of various AILA chapter committees, he speaks on permanent labor certification issues at the New York Chapter, and he has contributed to AILA’s amicus curiae efforts in matters before the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals.
