Ms. Kirk received a B.A. in English from Vassar College in 2007 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2015.

During law school, she served as a Legal Intern with both Fordham’s Immigrant Rights Clinic and Immigration Equality, as well as a staff member of the Fordham International Law Journal.
